Shipping & Store Policies
Turn Around Time: Our standard processing time is 12-20 business days and 3-5 days for standard shipping. We do our best to expedite and often you will receive the product much sooner, however, any unforeseen issues or problems with the currier or logistics outside of our control may delay your order, but in this case we do everything in our power to get it to you as soon as possible. We do not guarantee shipping timeframes. There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control.
Once items are received they are shipped within 24hrs through the USPS First Class Mail which typically takes 3-5 business days. Priority shipping (1-2 business days) is available upon request for an additional shipping charge.
Returns/Exchanges: We take pride in our customers loving their orders! If for some reason there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service at email@example.com for assistance. At this time we don't accept returns/exchanges but if there is a problem we will work towards a solution.
